2. Design Development

With your goals defined, we begin crafting a thoughtful design plan that brings harmony, beauty, and personality to your space. Every detail is curated to reflect your style — and support how you truly live.
Here’s how the design unfolds:
- Concept Development & Presentation
We develop a creative direction for your space — including colour palette, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, lighting, and art. You’ll review a concept board that captures the mood and character of your future home.
- Detailed Design & Presentation
Once the concept is approved, we refine each element — selecting specific pieces, preparing floor plans, and sourcing samples. You’ll receive a comprehensive design presentation including selections, visuals, and pricing.
- Procurement Planning & Purchasing
After approvals, we handle ordering and logistics — managing timelines, deliveries, and trades (if needed) to keep your project moving smoothly from design board to reality.
3. Execution & Styling
Where everything comes together.
This is the final — and most exciting — step. Once all items have arrived and any installations are complete, we return to transform your space. With a designer’s eye, we thoughtfully place every piece, layer in textiles, and add the finishing touches.
