At CPI Interiors, with our full service design process, we meticulously craft every detail to ensure that each design not only looks stunning but also serves your unique needs, turning your vision into a beautifully functional reality.
Throughout this article, I’ll outline our design process and reveal how we transform spaces into homes that are not only visually striking, but also provide a genuine sense of sanctuary.
The Initial Call
Each project begins with the Initial Phone call with myself. On this call, we discuss how you would like your home to feel and we will go over our design process to determine if its what you’re looking for.
During this initial phone call, if you decide to move forward, we will schedule a complimentary in-home consultation at a time convenient for all key household members. We highly encourage including everyone involved in the decision making process from the start to ensure that all styles and preferences are discussed together. For the complimentary consultation, we simply ask that you come prepared with an idea of your budget, so we can offer tailored advice on what you can achieve within your investment range.
In-Home Consultation
During the Complimentary in-home consultation, we’ll tour your home to understand your vision for how you want your space to feel and function. We’ll discuss your preferences, dislikes, budget, and help define the scope of work you’d like us to assist with. Once the scope is agreed upon, we’ll provide a flat-rate design fee, which must be paid in full before we proceed with any work.
If renovation will be taking place for your project, we will then book a site visit with our trusted trades to take measurements to prepare for the design phase.
Design & Presentation Phase
During the design phase, the designer will prepare detailed plans and quotes, gather samples, and create renderings and a presentation all of which will be shared with you in the comfort of your own home during a pre-scheduled appointment. At this presentation and purchasing meeting, we will review the plans, samples, and quotes together. At the presentation & purchasing appointment, we go over the plans, samples and quotes together. After collecting deposits, we take care of all the back end duties such as ordering, accepting, assembling and inspecting everything.
Through the duration of the renovation, we are in touch with you checking in on your orders. Our white glove delivery is scheduled once everything has arrived.
