In this open-concept Kanata home, the original layout featured a fireplace flanked by two asymmetrical alcoves—an unconventional built-in storage solution that the clients wanted to elevate. Our design approach focused on enhancing this unique architectural feature while introducing fabrics, materials, and accent furniture that would support both style and functionality. The soft curves of the tables and thoughtful material choices reflect our commitment to creating a child-friendly, family-focused living space.
