Family Room Transformation
If you’ve ever moved, you know that existing furnishings might not fit the new layout. This reality underscores the importance of professional interior design to enhance a home’s unique features while reflecting the homeowners’ personality. We began our work in the family room, focusing on the fireplace adorned with a dramatic marble surround. Every design element was chosen to convey luxury, showcasing the beauty of contemporary style as a part of this stunning contemporary transformation.
Creating a comfortable space for relaxation and entertaining was just as crucial. We placed a minimalistic coffee table in front of the fireplace, flanked by a curvy sofa and two swivel chairs. Side tables were added to ensure that everyone had a surface for drinks while enjoying the space. A small black boucle ottoman was positioned to highlight the fireplace, while a pet-friendly rug made of stain-resistant fibers accommodated their furry family member. Wall décor, including unique shadow boxes with 3-dimensional string art added personality to the space.
Elegant Entryway Design
In the entryway, a large wooden console with drawers for storage featured a glass top and was topped with an oversized round mirror in a sleek black frame. I particularly loved the giraffe sculpture the homeowners chose, which warmly welcomes friends and family into their stunning contemporary home.
Stylish Bedroom Redesign
For the bedroom, we utilized an existing furniture set and introduced colourful accents, such as a cobalt velour ottoman, custom bedding, and fun animal-patterned window treatments.
Table lamps with a glossy crackles ceramic bases provided symmetry and light for the evening reading.
